It was quite a year. A fair bit happened. There were moments of excitement, times of quiet satisfaction and periods of huge fun.
You have a fair idea of what is going to happen on a shoot. Sometimes you get intigued (not surprised, nothing is ever what it seems) by what happens, expectations are often exceeded. One or two times you find yourself wondering what the hell is happening but it’s always a blast.
I always hope for the unexpected. Something that makes me start thinking faster and acting a little quicker and more spontaniously. That is kind of how I like it. The challenge of always being ready for the unusual and seeing how you react. It’s where professionalism and experience come into play. No relying on random inspiration, always having a plan A, B, C, D and so on…
